Operations Analyst

Operations Analyst

Location: Remote

Clearance: Secret (preferred)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Years of Experience: 1+

Degree: BA/BS in Business, Communications, or related field

We are seeking an Operations Analyst to assist on day-to-day corporate operations. This position will support the Managing Director of Operations and Business Development through the following:

Keep track of employee labor hours.
Review timesheets and assist employees with timesheet issues.
Create a monthly labor report.
Assist program managers in creating the project status reports for our government and commercial clients.
Assist with the monthly financial reporting.
Assist Business Development team members with proposal writing/editing.
Train to become the Assistant Facility Security Officer.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience with writing/editing.
Experience using Google Workspace.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is a plus.
